Does this look familiar to anyone, either the unit as a whole, or the individual drivers?

Note the woofer has a 5-hole mounting pattern.

This has been ID'd on another forum as a Bolivar speaker!

But the woofer is not original, based on pics from google hits. Does anyone have thoughts on what the woofer could be?
Which companies had woofers with 5-hole mounting?
