Digital Voltage readout is not working, digging deeper I came across a few random BJTs testing bad in circuit, I’ve tried looking them up online but can not find out which these are, each pair of PNP & NPN is marked “D9D” and “B9D”
any help identifying these or links to a source that can help me identify these and others would be very much appreciated.

Have you tried contacting stinger?
If no one has any definitive information, you may have to find as much information from the originals as possible and then try to match with something that has the same mark.

Ya know I never thought to contact the company personally, but it couldn’t hurt right?
I was also pointed to the AV8050S but having a hard time finding the counterpart. Data sheet lists marking as “D9” but each has a predigit
“D9D”
“B9D”
And I don’t know which is the AV8050S. I was exploring on AllTransistors.com but am new to it/new to finding equivalents, they list out equivalents and near the bottom there’s another list which may be the counterparts? This is my first time on the site but if it’s correct, which I’m sure it is, just wow what a door opener, especially someone new to the field. Some pics I took for reference attached.
I will try contacting Stinger as well, ty for the suggestion.

If the 2 lists are equivalent and counterpart then say SMBTA56 and TMPTA56 (which are both listed respectively) could possibly be what I need, just as an example? If so wow, so much help 🙂 going to check datahseets to try and match specs, I don’t know which are the most important but I’m assuming resistance, voltage, and current specs.
What do you mean by counterparts?
Are you referring to the two pages or are you referring to the complimentary part to the AV8050?

AV8550S is counterpart to AV8050S ...geez I’m blind sometimes.
yes I meant the complimentary part. I will use that word from now on
