Bought from Future Electronics several years ago -- IXTH50N20 (obsolete) N-Channel +200V, TO-247 gfs=32 Siemens. IXTH24P20 -200V, 15 Siemens TO-247. 5 pieces of each, $10 takes the lot (10 pieces) Shipping included to continental US via First Class Mail.
