Convert old Dictaphone mic(wm-220)to quarter inch?

How to convert /terminate these to quarter inch ? Gonna use them for "character" mics in my studio. Don't know anything about these connectors. (Name?) Y'all the best. Thank you.

Cut the cable. There's a shielded audio circuit and an unshielded pair to start/stop the machine. Splice a 1/4" plug on the shielded circuit and call it audio. Ignore the unshielded pair.

EDIT: Ya know, you could just use a 1/8"-1/4" headphone adapter. The extra contact does nothing.
