I can see you have put a lot of thought into this, and you are paying attention to new ideas. The only thing I see without doing a lot of work is the current sources for the folded VASs may be unstable without a base resistor or decoupling cap. Doesn't LTCspice complain about shorting voltages? I would have to test your 2-pole compensation that returns to ground instead of the output?? I would probably just connect the VAS transistor bases to the main supplies and skip the diodes?
