Any use for Sanken SAP15 (6x N3KO 3920/ P3KY 3918, 1x N80 3704/ P80 3705)

Hi people,

I pulled these Transistors out of a Kenwood KRF-9080D AVR. As I'm just a mechanic (and still a newbie in diy-audio), I'd like to ask you what I could do with them? I've read the Datasheet, and know those are a little "special".
Is it possible, to use some for a Subwoofer-Amp (I'm building one atm with IRFP240/ IRFP9140, but havn't tested it yet)? Or could I use these Transistors in a Cap-Multiplier? Or, if there is a market, should I sell or swap them?
What would you do?

And one more info, parts with N marking are N-channel, and with P marking are P-channel. There are six of same channel type.
Yes, that's right. I know, I've read the Datasheet. Yes, there are six of each type. That's what I wrote.
These are darlington transistors, NOT Fets.
Never said they were Fets (?). Yes, they are Darlington Transistors, that's no mystery. I've got the Datasheet for every part I've got in my drawers & boxes.
CapMultipliers are built with Fets, but also i.e. with a BD139 and a 2SC5200 on the positive rail. I've built one with BD139 & MJL3281. Works fine.
 
I would not use them for a subwoofer amp. The big failing of the SAP transistors was the onboard emitter resistor is relatively fragile and fails before the transistor itself has got anywhere near its SOA.
However, they do make good simple 30-50W class AB amps for domestic listening
