I think I'll swing by. I don't have much to present in terms of new products, but I'll find some goodies in my lab to give away in the raffle. It'll be good to see everybody again.

Tom
I'm looking forward to seeing you at Fort Mason.
Our line-up of workshops and speakers is just about complete. More news and tickets soon. It's going to be a great show!

Three years ago some kind soul agreed to store our collection of moving blankets until the next show and I forgot who! If that was you could you send me a PM.

ACA Redux Build Camp
Nelson Brock will be hosting the ACA Redux Build Camp at Burning Amp this year. This is Brock’s brilliant repackaging of the highly regarded Pass Amp Camp Amp. Each participant will build two ACA Redux mono-blocks. There will be a $160 material fee for this camp.

No bottom cover, but just 24 volts. Those look way cool but I hope there is a bottom cover to keep the little hands safe.
Yes, here is the thread: https://www.diyaudio.com/community/threads/aca-redux.381346/
I was sad to see the boy scouts disappear along with Nelson Pass' conceptual schematic. But black is nice!

More about your ACA Redux Build Camp lead.
Nelson Brock first started building speakers and amplifiers in high school from plans found on diyAudio.com. He designed and built chassis for the original sets of Amp Camp Amps in 2012 and co-hosted speaker camps in 2012 and 2022.
Nelson earned a mechanical engineering degree from MIT in 2015 and developed educational lab kits for EE department curriculum along the way. Since then he has worked in automotive R&D on electric vehicles, drones, and autonomous systems.

Thankyouthankyouthankyouthankyou! I'll be there with more bells on than a Morris dancer.
I'll tease you with our presenters!
Scott Hinson: Speaker Design and Measurement Techniques
Scott Hinson is probably best known to the DIY community for 70 plus loudspeaker design white papers at facebook.com/DIYRM, covering all aspects of design, measurement and construction. He's been involved in DIY audio since 1995 when he ran "The Bass List" out of the listserv system while an engineering student at The University of Texas at Austin.
In the following years Scott designed medical devices, space rated high reliability battery management systems, amplifiers, power supplies and all sorts of things that could shock you. (One of which was the TEMS system for a multi-modal muscle electro-stimulation device.) Scott now researches renewable energy integration into the grid.
In the commercial audio world, Scott consults on and designs audiophile, pro-sound, and studio loudspeaker systems for numerous clients all over the globe.
(BTW: If it works out, Scott will be measuring speakers Sunday morning in the Firehouse.)

VOLUNTEERS?
Anyone who wants to volunteer, now would be a good time to raise your hand!! Burning Amp is a volunteer effort, and has managed to continue to exist thanks to all who have pitched in and lent a hand.
I will try and put together a list of roles we will need to fill to make it all happen. Thanks!
