LRX 5.1k remove the drive board for the sub channel, and check if its working.
If its working, check the diodes in the path to the output fets, and replace them.

Turn on the fault light, the transistor is not damaged. This situation is mostly caused by the aging of surface mount electrolytic capacitors on the protection detection circuit. Pay attention to the surface mount electrolytic capacitors on the detection circuit around TL494
