DIP IC = IR2184
Top IC = LM211 Confirm that pins 1 and 4 are directly connected
Bottom IC = TL072
Top IC = LM211 Confirm that pins 1 and 4 are directly connected
Bottom IC = TL072
TC4452. There has been some discussion that they may have used others but this is the information I have.
Hmmm... should I be able to jump start this amp into switching? Am I missing the 15v somewhere? I get these readings from the output card.
Haven't done any work on these series before.
Are you driving a signal into the amp?

Yessir, tried to use a signal to kick start switching, I'm not seeing anything... Even from the IR2184. Pin 5 is 11.98v above neg rail
Hi all, my name is Andrew from Italy and I'm new in the forum. I would also like to join the discussion because I have an AmericanBass VFL Comp20k with similar problems to Deadly Sones and its Salt 6 amplifier. The HighSide output of my IR2184 doesn't want to work and I think it's the lack of VCC on pin 8, i.e. during start-up the 12v on this pin disappears. I'm stranded and I won't get out of it.... Can you give me any suggestions??
