I received a LTB notice on the Fairchild/OnSemi MOSFET FQP3N30 today from DigiKey.
This is a N-CH 300V 3.2A TO220-3 part.
Here's one link to a datasheet
LTB date is 6/23/2022.
Just a heads-up in case anybody thinks they want some in the future....
