Assistance buying CD player in Germany

Hello, I wonder if somebody here, from Germany, close to Herner Straße 4, 44787 Bochum - Bochum-Mitte, could kindly pay and collect a CD player to be shipped to Spain. Obviously, payed in advanced and no rush or hurries, at all. If it's doable, great, if not, then next...😅
I've tryed to negotiate with the german shop, via ebay kleinanzeigen, but he will not ship.
The CD player is a kenwood midi size (34 cm) and these scarce, or at least I don't find them. This particular model has digital output and seems very weel looked after.
Please send PM. Thanks very much!!

Hi I live too far away and hope you will find someone that can arrange it. I don't understand any or the regularly occurring reluctance in Germany to ship stuff. It is ridiculous to advertise nationally on Ebay Kleinanzeigen and then to expect to sell your stuff only to persons in the city you live in or to expect a buyer to drive 200 km for a 30 Euro item. The odd thing is that those people nearly always have the device in the original packaging which makes shipping easy and safe.

Also the often mentioned lack of any possible guarantee "as European laws say that" is annoying. Which law? Since when do we need laws to just sell something that simply works? Since this came up I receive not working stuff more than average. Then silence and Ebay Kleinanzeigen does absolutely nothing with complaints. Not even a reply that they're working on it. Just nothing.

So in effect, it is better to avoid advertisements that explicitly mention not to give any guarantee and "keine Rückgabe" when the product is not OK. Apparently these items are a kind of legal mumbo jumbo while most buyers would want a working product and return it when it is not OK. So when things are so explicitly mentioned you probably buy garbage that can not be returned. Preferably pick up stuff as circumstances force you to. This rant is about the exceptions that happen just too often particularly on Ebay Kleinanzeigen. I have had very good deals with honest and decent people which thankfully are the majority. It is just that the selling platform does not cover you as a buyer. All rights are to the seller which either can sell you a good product or a bad product without consequences.
