Super matched NPN and PNP common Emitter transistors

Are there any specialised vendors that can supply these super matched common emitter BJT transistor? SMD or TH versions.

The reason I ask is that I am looking for modern replacements of the 2SC1583 and 2SA798 (Mitsubishi) transistors.

Perhaps BCM56DS and BCM53DS if 2 mV of VBE mismatch is tolerable, or maybe something in the THAT300 series. THAT340 has two NPNs and two PNPs. For NPNs, there still is the SSM2212, or the MAT01GHZ if you like it expensive.
