There is virtually no chance that replacing capacitors will resolve the problem.
It's MUCH better to post photos of your amp.
Do you have an oscilloscope?
Have you operated all pots and switches through their entire range while listening to the distorted channels to see if clean audio ever played through (even just for an instant)?
Have you swapped the inputs from left to right to see if the problem followed the RCA inputs?
