Ortofon a couple of years ago were doing replacements, but can't see them on the website now. plenty of NOS around though,
Just beware of the keycoding of the plastic guide. Yours seems to be a "cross" type, like FF10 and VMS15. Or you can modify the "keyhole" on the cart to accept all. See attached chart...
