Member came through for me--no longer need the MOSFETs. Thanks, all!

Unmatched fine, anywhere from 2 to 4 sets (I'm replacing one fried channel in a F5 and want spares, too). I'm in the USA.

Edit: I only need one IRFP9240, though I will buy a few more if you prefer.
