Well, what the title says, i want to drive a " """"400w""""" Acoustic USA Spekaer" (16 ohm, actually sounds good with a simple TDA2030 amplifier, guitar high frecuencies are handled well and bass sounds kinda nice but lacks volume, a giant capacitor(4700uF) in pararallel with a resistor at the inverting-input fix this but the saturation of the TDA2030 is notable, speacially bass, like an integrated Fuzz pedal, sounds cool tho)
I just want some recommendation of a chip, obviusly the 400w are fake, and my budget is not up there for building a power supply that big ( i already have a 110-12V 3Amp transformer and a LM350K (Adjustable Voltage regulator like the LM317, but Rated for 3A and in a TO3 package), so anything higher that the 14w of a TDA2030, that supports well low bass frecuencies, and can handle the speaker below will be nice.
The input will be a Simple Passive Bass, if a preamp is needed no problem there, any recommendation, diagram or whatever is accepted, i am not a electronics engineer (yet) but keeping it simple and in the Analog-part of the electronics will be good

Ok, what is your actual budget?
In principle, any Power amp + supply combo you can afford in EBay, plus a simple preamp you can build or buy there cheap (as in $10 or less) + some basic chassis to hold everything.
It all starts with your budget, otherwise suggestions will be all over the place.

I already own the supply(well, at least the expensive part), sadly i live in a third world country so no Ebay, and anything from amazon is taxed af.Ok, what is your actual budget?

Around 20-40$ only for the amp/preamp/maybe eq, heat dissipation and extras(like chasis) are not part of this budget.
What Country are yu actually in?
Can you order from AliBaba?
Your 12VAC transformer can give you 16V raw DC, forget down regulating it, you can´t afford that.
Best configuration to use that is a Bridged output (BTL) car radio type chipamp; preferably Class D.
Even so, you can only get some 15W into 4 ohm, the 16 ohm speaker is a big problem.
You SURE it´s 16 ohm?
Post a label closeup.
You are NOT getting 14W out of that TDA2030, not with 12-14V supply, not into 16 ohm.

I measured 16.3ohm, with a multimeter, there is not label other than the 400w, (and opening the cabinet is not a good idea as the rust will turn to dust the screws before they go out)What Country are yu actually in?

The Transformer is center tapered, so its 12-0-12 at the output, i forgot to add that. so 24v right?
I am in Ecuador, yeah alibaba will work, but only for the IC or other component level parts, anything with a chasis or bigger than a mug will go to the customs, and its 3 to 6 months wait to get something out of there.
OK, 24V is VERY different from 12V, any day of the week.
24V CT will give you +/-16Vv rails.
A little too much for TDA2030 which besides that are out of production, so fake most of the time.
Try to get LM1875 from Mouser , Digikey, Farnell, etc.
Bridged LM1875 will give you the most you can pull from that transformer and speaker.

IF your TDA2030 stands your +/-16V supply, get another and make the bridge amp, we are on the edge of what it stands but if it works .......
Small World: a cherished friend lives in beautiful Salinas, she´s a Yacht instructor and part of the Equatorian Sailing team, go figure, they won lots of medals.
Can you make your own PCBs?
For the Preamp and Power Amp.

with PCBs do you refer to the diagram and circuit itself or just printing it on a board and soldering the parts?
In both cases is a yes, but i am not so confident on my preamp design habilities, maybe calculating the Q point of the BJT or FET hahaha

I asked because besides having a schematic, then it will have to actually be built on a PCB.
Either you find a TDA20*0/LM1875 bridged amp PCB on EBay/Alibaba assembled/bare or you make your own.
Same thing with the preamp.
No need to actually design a preamp from scratch, there are a few designs around, but you can´t avoid the PCB.
As one example: Rodd Elliott´s Guitar preamp is excellent for Bass, just remove the clipping diodes and you have a clean preamp.
