WTB ROTEL Amplifier Speaker Binding Post

Wanted to buy
I unfortunately broke a speaker binding post (red) on my ROTEL RB-1590. ROTEL's parts webpage shows the terminals, however, ROTEL will not sell the binding posts and require the amp to be sent to a repair facility. The part number is: C-4717A01.

Hopefully someone can recommend where I can find the part new or used.

Thanks for reading!

Here in the UK I hounded our NAD distributor for an unusual pair of binding posts. The key to gaining their cooperation is the 'right to repair' legislation that's come into force here recently. You can just tell them about it and that they should be trying to comply with the spirit of this law, even if it's not mandatory. Perhaps the same argument would work for Rotel too?

Sometimes my phobia of throwing old stuff out pays off!
Authentic Rotel heavy duty binding posts 😉.

Vunce,

Payment, as we talked about, was made yesterday. Thanks for saving my amp from having a non-OEM terminal repair. It was either that or send an 85lb package off to a repair center.

Thanks to the others who offered advice and suggestions; I really appreciate it.

Hi,
I was wondering if someone could answer a quick question about replacing these Rotel speaker Binding Posts. Is it a easy as unscrewing them, removing them a screwing in the new set? Or is there more involved and requires more knowledge?
I have a Rotel RA-02, and I prefer to bare wire my speaker connections. I've never liked the binding post on this integrated amp and it looks like an easy upgrade. I love the speaker binding posts on my RX-1052 (similar to the post in the pictures above), and would love to have the same terminals on the RA-02.
If anyone knows if this is an easy switch, please let me know.
I know this is an old thread, but any help would be great.
Thank you,
Daivd
