1A/2A BJT substitute

Good evening,

This Rockford power supply uses MMBT3904/6 transistors as buffers for the gate drive. I'm out... so is Digikey and few others. They are 40v .2A devices.

I do have MMBT4401/3 (40v .6A) and MMBTA06/56 (80V .5A).

Can I use the 4401/3's? What are others using in place of MMBT3904/6?

They are just SOT-23. Not BJT.
