Is there a simple way to match pairs of 2SK170 low noise JFETs for use as an input differential pair
Use a 9V battery for a power supply. Connect the gate and source together,
and then in series with a small resistor (10R) to measure current.
Connect the battery to drain and resistor, and measure the voltage across the 10R, which is the Idss x 10R.

Hello, Ihope this isn’t one of those really dumb questions but here it goes. I have a quad of matched 2SJ74 4ma jfets and another (B) matched quad of LSK170 I had bought from the store. Can the 4ma jfets be used in conjunction with the (B) 6-11ma on a possible future project?
