OK, it's 45 years old, but recently I noticed I'm getting significant bleed-through: I can hear the tuner when I select phono. What would be causing this? Bad components? Is it worth replacing capacitors, etc.?
Probably normal, and you're not normally going to play the tuner while listening to records. Just turn it off.
If you are determined to keep it much longer, you could replace all the electrolytic capacitors with new ones.
It's worth cleaning all the switches and pots after 45 years, as a start.

There are upgrade circuit boards available also.

"Just turn it off'"...good, straight between the eyes advice. Thank you. My Dynaco tuner is permanently on because the volume/on/off switch is defective. I didn't know Atkitika was so involved with Dynaco stuff. Now I can fix that switch.Probably normal, and you're not normally going to play the tuner while listening to records. Just turn it off.
