How hot do these 3020's run? Got one running into an 8ohm resistive load now and the heatsinks running at 75oc on ~8 1/2 watts.

Sine wave testing will run most amps pretty HOT. The heat sink in that thing can’t be good for more than about 15 watts of average dissipation with any reasonable temp rise. With music you would never exceed that but with sine waves you could. Somewhere around half to 2/3 power with sine waves is where the dissipation peaks, depending on how much voltage sag the supply has. It can run as high as Vcc^2/(10*R) per transistor.
