My buddy played with his son in the 60s. He liked going over to the house as they had an indoor pool and color tv. He met John many times. Apparently John was a good fellow.
Sad, we lose another Hi-Fi pioneer. Much of my youth was spent under a pair of classic Koss green head clamps. Good memories. 😀
I has the Koss KRD711 "Red Devils" when I was a teenager. Sorry to read of his passing, after having brought some delight into my young life!

Probably few here among us who didn’t own at least one pair of Koss cans at one time or another. Pro4AA and ESP9s were among the dozens of pairs of various makes / models I had over the years.
