Sunfire Junior Subwoofer

I am very new to all things audio like this, so I have ran into a little problem. I've search online and came up empty so I'm hoping I could get a little help. My Sunfire Junior internal fuses have blown and need to be replaced. The problem is I can't find what type of fuse to replace them with. The fuse it's self says 4 amp 125 volt. I know I need slow blow, but all I can find is 4 amp 250 volt. Can I use a 250 volt or does it have to be 125 Volt? Thank you for the help in advance.

The fuse can be relied upon to safely interrupt its rated short circuit current in a circuit where the voltage is equal to, or less than, its rated voltage.
Assuming that the original fuses were the correct amperage, the 250 volt fuses should be OK, though the fact that the fuses blew probably indicates more than a little problem that replacement will solve.

Fuse data is generally roll engraved or otherwise called out on the fuse. It might take a magnifier to read, but it's likely there. A good online catalog like McMaster Carr (mechanical parts, but still very good on supplng fuses and beyond easy to negotiate) can help you source the replacement

The next issuea and more congent would be "Why did the fuse fail?"
