1m height x 30cm wide and 80cm deep.

this was a huge effort for me, as I had no wood working skills when I started this project.

The Lecleach Horn on the top is not wired up this time.
I am still figuring out what compression driver to use.
and I did not make it, its milled from teak wood. it was previously used with my 15 Inch eminence cabinet with a 1 inch eminence compression driver.

now only playing full range.

its driven by a pair of Amp Camp amps in Bridged mono mode.

The pre-amp is a modified version of BOZ amp, thanks to boards supplied by Gareth from Sydney (I think he is on this forum).

right now, its connected to TV using optical out / DAC, makes it easier to get some hours to burn-in

so far, far far exceeded my expectations. its got a very livery presentation.

I cant even go more than 30% on the volume knob, its LOUD.

I tried with different quantities. finally didnt add any stuffing.

but I have used cork based sheets in the bends. and I didnt make it glass smooth when using the natural wood putty.

also the whole thing is MDF, not a single ply is used. It weighs a lot.

what I can say is that its not harsh at all.

In anycase, I would need to change the screws to black,
so I might experiment with a damping sheet behind the driver at that time.

One items that should have been obvious to me from the beginning is how the sloping ceiling angle aligns with the roof of the horn mouth.

even at low volumes, as I move my sitting position back, I dont lose anything acoustically. rather it seems to grow in body. Its as if the ceiling is the extension of the horn mouth.

or I am imagining things. (Disclaimer: not even a glass of wine during the shakedowns)

End of the day, what matters is how the PM of the house took it. She asked me to switch off the sound bar after giving this a go.

THAT alone is a great starting point for more experimentation freedom.

the other reason I didnt add any stuffing is I read somewhere that
The small driver chamber horn throat and length of the horn help to roll off the upper frequencies.

by adding stuffing, it was getting too much boomy and losing the fast attacks or subtle drum work.

when I add a compression driver to the Round horn, will see how it is, may be I will as well add a super tweeter, and have a switchbox to take them out if its not needed. different music, different combination. Thats the idea.

but nothing will substitute a sub.
for this, I think an 8 or 10 inch small sub would do. on each channel. My friend has a REL sub, should try that because they are not a ported sub.
