I need a cheap phono cartridge for testing my system. I have either a bad cartridge or tone arm. I don't have any spares. Got an old cartridge your not using or junk box special? Cheap...cheap...cheap. USA ship.
Standard 1/2" mount? You can get one for $10 on Amazon. Or spend $40 and get a nice Audio Technica cart that works well and has an upgrade path.

From A/T and Ortofon you can get inexpensive cartridges with good bodies and very nice styli that will fit if you want to later upgrade them.
