It's one piece in a set of three from an early Precision Power car amplifier. This one has 2 sockets, The next one has 4 sockets and lastly the largest one has 5 sockets. I'm guessing the pins would be about 5mm in diameter and the wire input size is up to 6ga or 8ga I'm guessing.
I'm ultimately looking for a part number if possible.

Looks like some non-standard pluggable terminal block. I think you could find those from eBay with search "precision power plug".
Yes, those eBay prices are scary, 5 to 10 times you would expect to pay functionally equivalent (but not compatible) mains rated part from quality brand. My quess is that those connectors are not in current production any more so it is sellers market.
