It's an audio output transformer. Fairly low impedance, slight voltage gain, built-in shield winding for much reduced common-mode coupling. Since rated load impedance is 300 ohms, you could probably drive headphones decently, but I think it's more intended for long cable runs in the studio, allowing the creation of galvanically-isolated outputs.
