This is the one my bro in law broke unfortunately

Found out he pulled the board ouy with a pliers made me litterally cry

It looks like you only need the header for that board.

The via damage to the main board is a much more serious problem.

Not only headers he broke off a couple resistors i dont know the value of and broke a transistor also

The resolution is too low to see much. Re-post a good quality image that allows the board to fill the screen.
