Sprague Vitamin Q 330vac cap

Hello;
I have bought some Sprague Vitamin Q door knob type 2.5uf 330vac caps from Angela Instruments long time ago.

Can I use this capacitor for output coupling capacitor in a tube circuit that normally required cap rated in DC voltage?

Normally I saw Vitamin Q rate in DC voltage, is that any difference between cap rated in DCV and ACV?

Thanks!
