Kicker ZXS1500.1 power supply

Hi everyone!
Im working on a kicker zxs1500.1 it had blown power supply. I change 3843ic, 2045 and 3 new irfb4110. The ps turns on and raise 85vdc. But it has a noise at the same time the red power led flash, only one time every 3 seconds . The dc bus voltage is stady 85 and the input the same 12.5 volts.
No shorted outputs.
If i conect a speaker it hits at the same time the red light flash.

Any ideas??

i remove ic10 tl072 and the red light goes off, the ps railis +85 volts, the outputs mosfets start to oscilate, but no sound at the speaker terminal. +30 volts on each output terminals measured with amp gnd. i replace the tl072 with another working one same problem.

with the tl072 removed i have these readings.
1. 29.42
2. 40.2
3. 39.81
4. 12.24
5. 39.84
6. 40.2
7. 29.57
8. 50.2

all positive voltages. im looking for negative voltage at pin 4 but it has 12 positive voltage.
any ideas?? no zener diodes shorted.

Check the DC voltages reference power ground around IC14,IC15-IRS20957 and post results.

Check R175-27 ohm, R173//174 and 273//274-16 ohm in circuit. The 27 ohm should read 27 ohms and the 16 ohm parallel pairs should read 8 ohms. If they check good remove all five resistors and left R22-10kohm. Power up and check output oscillation.

5 resistors out of the amp. Tl072 in place. Same problem red light on and a click sound every 3 seconds with light Flickr. The oscilation is present only a fraction of second but i can see with the scope freeze.

i replace all zeners from zd3 to zd7, now the amp is steady on red. i will put in place r173, r174, r273, r274 and r175 to test for audio.

anyone have the value of these zeners? i replace all from a cxa1200. and i dont know who is the bad one. all read ok with vmm.

Hi everyone. I recently try again with this amp. Put new irs20957 and new zxtc2045 at the outputs. Now the kicker logo is on!!!
The outputs are aot410 and reads ok with the multimeter, they close and Open good but if the zxtc failed maybe the outputs are Bad so i need to replace it.
Anyone have the replacement part For the aot410? I can't find it on mouser and i don't Buy any other source than this because Bad experience with fake parts
