Cambridge Audio AZUR 540A V1.
No sound on two channels.
Power amp ok.
All Fuses ok.
No protect mode.
U5 NE5532P was cracked.
I replaced U5 with NE5532N
No results.
+-15v OK
No service manual for V1.
Only V2.

U5 will not last long with 40 volts on pins 6 + 7!
Find out why the voltage is so high first then replace the 5532 again as that one will be damaged.

Pin 1 of Con4 should have near zero DC on it. Measured with resppect to ground at the speaker terminal J16.
Ensure you have zero DC across speaker terminals J12 & J16.
If you haven't, repair the power amplifier first.

Has the protection relay activated?
I would say Q22 is damaged then. To be sure I would check for DC on the emitters of the power transistors
Protect relay activated most probably means there is DC on the amplifier output.
What is the DC voltage between J12 and J16?
Compare with the other channel.
