What would cause the same bank on all of the transformers to blow their fets? Output section appears to be fine which has me wondering what happened.
Also what is the difference in the different types of 3205's? Why are some more expensive? Are they better than the cheaper ones?
I never noticed a difference in the various versions but most of my use was to upgrade from a lesser FET. If the original FETs were 3205s, use the same type.
The problem appears to be from one output of the driver IC. Did you check the drive signals before installing the FETs?
This is best done with a loading capacitor.
