so a few years ago i had a little home cinema setup 5.1 with a projector which i really enjoyed
now i want something a little better and hence joining the DIY audio as i would like to have a crack at making my own enclosures with some bought drivers , but not keen on paying thru the roof prices for vinyl covered boxes

Welcome to diyAudio. There are plenty of speaker ideas here, or you could start your own thread about the drivers you have and what to do with them.
