Hi,
I've got a pair of beautifully made pyramid shaped speaker cabinets. Mixed wood finials with ebony.
They're 75cm tall, with a 30cm square base. The internal volume is 21L.
The cut outs for the 3 drivers are; 1", 4" & 7 1/2".
Sell the cabinets on, or invest in getting them working?
Cheers for any advice.

I would keep them, put the drivers in, copy some design or make your own. Then place them on top of woofers, in normal square boxes, it may look ok. Otherwise they may be lacking some bass. But as bookshelves, they are ok.
I agree with adason.
They look quite nicely made and so worth the effort of finding drivers which work in them.

Someone has previously swapped the drivers. What we have now is 90's trash from Kenwood.
A reducing hole has been added to the woofer.
The mid previously has 4 holes, now visable as smaller driver replaced.
Tweeter held in position with one screw. No other holes visable? No glue.
Originally 2 way with port (no tube)?
As a newbie to building speakers, would the replacement with a 3-way KIT be the way to go?
I have no measuring equipment - would a seller be prepared to do the math? Or can I find something online?
At only 21 L volume, they're quite small for a Pyramid.
Cheers for any advice and direction.

The problem with pyramids is that they are small in volume compared to their footprint (about 1/3). It’s an ineffective volume/surface ratio. For the same footprint of a box of 75cm x 30x30cm you would get 50 liter and baffle width to host a 10” bass. To me they don’t look that good either but that’s a personal preference.

fabricadetabaco already mentioned it, pyramids got the worst enclosure volume for the footprint and since the angle of the baffle you can hardly even chose the listening distance because of the beaming of the upwards pointing tweeter. Plus, the hard 90° edges give hard edge reflections which makes dispersion and crossover development difficult.
They look very nice but the drivers are trash, the nonexisting crossover (just one cap isn't a xo!), the existing holes and the broken wood strips make it ..let's say "undesireable".
I'd sell them or make a lamp or jewelry display out of it or something like that.
