There was talk years ago about doing it when the original Graz EMIM replacements came available, but that fell apart as not being profitable enough to pursue. I'm not aware of anyone trying since. However, iirc, this gentleman has started to build new Fostex FS41 isostatic drivers and diaphragms recently,: https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100064570907454Anyone doing L-EMIM diaphragms?
The FS41 is comparable in size and design to the L-EMIM (Fostex patented theirs the same year as Daniel von Recklinghausen and they're so similar that there has been confusion if one copied the other or are examples of parallel inspiration), so it might be that he's capable of making replacements.
