I am enjoying the series by Stephe, as well as Flux Condenser. The latter is about restoring an EICO HF52, of which I own a pair.

For learning, I find it is hard to beat Stephe's videos. She doesn't skip past things like so many; but at the same time they move quickly.
I get frustrated looking for videos and finding ones where they jump past key parts and just do a quick summary.
