Hello .I want to use a 27V,1.3W zener .I have both BZV85C and BZX85C series but i dont know which one to use.Zener current will be around 5 to 6mA.
Whats the difference between those two series BZX and BZV?

I would go as far as to say that for whatever you want it for it doesn't really matter.
There are differences between the data sheet specs. One is good to 200 degrees C in storage, the other can 'only' withstand 175 C
Wire lead outs are different diameters. So if your PCB is predrilled then be sure to get one that fits.
There will be other similar type of differences if you look hard enough. Maybe slight differences in electrical dynamics as well but does it matter for your usage.
