Hi,
There is a 'Brown Dog' adaptor, but I can't seem to find it on sale at any UK outlets. Has anyone got any other suggestions that might be easy to find in the UK?

Thank you!

Don't know, but why do they never put pads for a HF decoupling cap on these adaptors? I'd be tempted to design a better PCB then people could order their own on OSHpark or whatever...
Hi Mark,
You are quite correct - it's something I've picked up on as well. If you opt for modern OAs, with their fast slew rates, it's a recipe for oscillation. However, I only need to try this in order to replace a couple of TL074s, as a proof of concept. If it works, I'll get the whole PCB revised for dual OAs.
I could probably do the whole thing dead-bug-style. The question would then be mechanical, i.e. whether I can keep the dead bugs shallow enough to go back into the item designed for 074s...

You are a total star, Mark! Thank you!
I do not have Eagle...but I can ask a friend for the gerbers.
Thank you again!

I would say just double check the pin out is what you want, I assumed standard dual SOIC8 and picked a "quad opamp" pinout from Eagle without checking it against anything, but I know the power pins are 4,11 on most quads so I believed it!
