Apart from some dubious ebay sources - probably nowhere. Unless a generous member here might have one in their long treasured stash - you want a genuine Toshiba.

What I could expect from copies on ebay?
Toshiba business wise is not the same company it used to be --most engineering is carried out by other countries --China being one -Bonase Electronics say ? they supply "Toshiba" 2SK373 which might be better than eBay if you are going down that direction .
Shareholders aren't all Japanese now .
I am not suggesting you use the above company as I hold the same view as Gary.

I’ve just found an old cassette deck with the 2sk373 , 10 eur 🙂
I purchased a couple 2SK373 GR form a place here in the U.S. Caled Dalbani (In Florida). They claimed that they were OEM (Toshiba). The printing on the case looked almost exact match - almost. The tested OK on the multimeter, but when I put them in circuit, I basically got no volts on the drain. I'm thinking they are actually Chinese knock-offs.
