Anyone know the part number for the power supply mosfets? These either burned off or Rockford sanded the numbers off. Thanks!

TO-220 or TO-247?

The 300 uses an IRF1404Z. The non-Z appears to be more readily available. I don't know if it will work without a change of gate resistor.

Gate resistors are 60 ohm. What would you recommend for gate resistors?

I'd use the original value and test to see if the FETs get hot at idle off of the heatsink.

They do get hot off the heat sink at idle.

Check the waveforms to make sure that they're going back to ground. If they are, go to a lower value gate resistor. Start at 47. If that doesn't work, go a bit lower.

Will this amp produce drive with only remote and ground connected?

I don't see drive on the outputs or output driver chips with only remote and ground connected. Power supply FETs run cool with 47 ohm gate resistors.
