Are all of these caps that are missing the 10uf 250 volt non polarized?

Someone removed the caps so not sure

That's the value for the cap at the speaker terminals and likely the other two as well if they're being used as filters on the output of the amp.

I replaced the caps with 10uf 250 volt caps non polar

Something still isn’t right with the amp .

I get output but there is a strange whining sound on the output
As well

Any ideas ?

Ok I think I might have found the issue .

This resistor is defective .

Is there a cap missing also ? Or is it not populated from the manufacturer.

Confirm that the input RCA shields don't connect to either pad of that resistor.

There was no cap in the amp I saw.
