Free NOS Acutex 415 STR cartridge in Holland

Dear audio friends,
I need your help.
I am looking for a room or an apartment to rent for my daughter who will be attending the University of Leiden in The Hague from next September.
From Italy it is very difficult to find a satisfactory accommodation so I decided to give this new cartridge to someone who will give me concrete help.
I thank you and I trust in your help.
Regards
Guglielmo

In addition of the previous post:

1) XIOR

2) Kamernet

3) Student Hotel

The third one is an option when looking for a temporarily initial housing until you have found a decent permanent one, which might be a good idea in case you cannot visit before arriving.

I lived for 5 years in The Hague until recently. It's a spread out city with (very) nice places to live, but also a lot of suburbs that are (really) not nice and might even become depressing (which you surely want to avoid). So if you have a certain address in mind, I'll may tell you if it's good/medium/bad location. (just PM me)

Probably kamernet, but remember never pay huge amounts before you get the key or get the key when you pay, and can actually enter the house. if it is a student home with more people try talking to them first. there are some scammers around so.

other option might be contacting the University. they might have some rooms from the university so you know you dont get screwed.

Thanks for the help, now after many attempts we have found an apartment on Kamernet but the economic and contract conditions are quite heavy. We hope that everything goes well also because it is necessary to make an advance deposit and given the great demand there is not much possibility of negotiation.
Hope for the best.
