Kicker CXA600.1 15v supply

So ZD6 seems to be +15v supply and ZD7 the -15v.

I am only getting 5.1v on the cathode of ZD6. The BCP56 transistor Q16 checks good and is holding .7v between emitter and base.

R112 3.2k checks good.

Could it be a loading issue. Shorted IC out there somewhere?

You should see ~28 volts on both the cathodes of Q16-BCP56 and Q18-BCP53 but opposite polarities. If that's true and the transistor is turning on as you state, then ZD6-16v zener may have failed or the capacitor C72-224 across ZD6 is leaky. The later is more likely. Ruke this out first.

You were exactly correct C72 was leaking. You said it is a 224? Possible part number?
