This amp is using TIP30 and 42C for the regulators

Is there anything else I can use in there place ?

Amp isn’t producing negative 15 volts .

I suspect the regulators

What's the DC voltage on the regulators?

If I'm not mistaken(?), these are pre-regulators that feed the 78xx regulators.

Back to this amp .

I have a couple diodes that are bad marked J3

They connect to the the regulators .

Anyone know of a good sub I can use ?

Also this amp has numerous bad solder connections

Never mind it appears it’s a 18 volt diode .

There are a few burnt resistors I can’t make out the values
