Redco is a good place for buying bulk cable. I don't believe in "high-end" cables, but I do believe in using high-quality cable and connectors.

I tend to just buy studio/ touring cables from Van Damme, Sommer etc. It is good honest cable that does what it says on the tin so to speak. The only time I consider so called audio cables if they come up dirt cheep. Other than that as others have said lan cable is good to use aslong as it is the copper stuff not the copper plated aluminium.
