JL Audio 500/1 Low Ohm Light

Have a 500/1 here, came in shorted outputs.

PS fine, drive with outputs out seem ok. Install outputs and as soon as rail builds drive to outputs goes away and low ohm light comes on.

Output inductor tested ok out of circuit.

Ideas?

When the outputs in these die they sometime take out the TC4427 drive IC as well, replace and retest.
