You can discuss any issues related to parts, and to see if there is any problem with the PCB, and their solutions. We never know with a new built pcb, errors are always possible. Completed the assy today. All PCB part footprints are ok.
Btw the STU9HN65M2 Mosfet is ''near end of life'', make sure to order them before they are gone...

Can I use a thin film resistor something like PF2203-10RF for R27 (10 ohm 4W resistor). Fits the pitch and there's space for a small heat sink.
Bit confused with the R16 value. Schematic says 15k and BOM says 47k. Is this because of the led Mod ? As far as I understand :
No LED Mod :
R16 - 15K
R17 - 10K
R18 - 680R
With LED Mod:
R16 - Calculate (~47k with chosen BOM ?)
R17 - LED
R18 - 1.1K
No LED Mod :

A good initiative, but would be handy if the current latest versions of the schematic and BOM were posted at the start. Defining the current baseline of the build has been tricky with such long threads. Ideally the Wiki could be the golden source. I had hoped to combine a lot of the experiennce gained from people's experiences of building the PSU, but being stuck away from home means I don't have access to what I built.
