I'm curious if there is some sheet with speakers combinations, crossover components, and cabinet plans with an estimated price. Using this sheet I would check some nice components which I can use to build my lovely stereo pair. Is there any resource like I explained?

All that information on one sheet? That would be a big ask! 
A good starting point would be to get a feel for the driver combinations which work well together - by looking at a diy loudspeaker kit supplier's website.
For example, UK supplier Wilmslow Audio: Loudspeaker Kits: Stand Mounted Loudspeakers, Floorstanding Loudspeakers, Sub Woofer Kits
Having identifed the individual drivers that interest you, their manufacturer's specifications may lead you to a suitable cabinet and crossover design.

There are a bazillion documented designs from 1 way to 5 (or more?) ways, high directivity to omni, tiny to giant, just on this forum, not to mention all those out on the interweb (many of those can be found from here).
You would perhaps be better helped if we had an idea of your situation. Budget, skills, taste, room, support kit, more…
