Where to get Victor Oscillator?

Does anyone have an idea how I could get my hands on one of Victor's oscillators? I have tried a search and am no wiser.

He was selling them on Ebay.

Look him up and PM him. I have a couple and they work very well.

I have no idea what Victor's oscillators look like, and there are several kit sellers on Ebay. Can anyone give me a clue? Thanks
