Anyone have one of these boards? SMD transistor Q26 - need part id.

Q26 is 2n5551

It is responsible for the +5.6v regulation.

thx, so I just found the the zener on the -5.6 side is shorted, causing Q26 on the +5.6 to burn? is that possible.?
